A Day of Beauty at Home – Take a Journey to Your Beauty

Are you exhausted and need to renew, but don’t have financial freedom to go to a beauty center? Well, no problem as you can have a day of beauty at home to feel much better. You will only need to follow these tips to do so.

A day of beauty never hurts anyone, but quite the opposite. You can stay at home to enjoy a day where you will be the chief guest at a party where your skin, your body, your mind and your whole being will feel completely renewed by following the below mentioned tips.

  1. To start the day, just get and take a shower with warm water, which will relax and open the skin pores of the whole body. Wash your hair and feel the relaxation of smooth run of your fingers on your head. You can take a bath enjoying the moment with the lights off and several candles lit as it makes the atmosphere aromatic.
  2. Now apply your favorite lotion and massage your skin. If you like, you can take help f someone else as well. You must allow plenty of time to your face, making exfoliation naturally with a homemade peel.
  3. During this day, use comfortable clothing in which you feel good and pretty and can move easily.
  4. It is time for breakfast; start with a glass of water and lemon juice followed by a cup of green tea. Pair it what you like such as grains, fruits, and even a muffin but without abusing sweets.
  5. Choose a romantic movie or comic to have a good time; you can watch TV or play a record as you like. Get comfortable and put your feet in a basin of a mixture with warm water, vinegar, and almond oil to relax your tired feet. Spend 15 minutes to this activity and massage your feet and feel relax.
  6. For lunch, cook your favorite food that is not high in fat or too heavy, you can eat salad or any oriental dish. Accompany your meal with freshly squeezed natural juice; you will enjoy it very much if you choose multiple fruits.
  7. Take a walk, do yoga, or play any sport that you like but it has to be a quiet one; the idea is not to rock you or lose calories, but enjoy and dedicate yourself for a while with peace.
  8. You can have a good time in afternoon enjoying nature if you have a nice green space near your home. Put your mind blank, lie on the grass, close your eyes and listen to the birds, wind, little things which every day you overlook.
  9. Drink fresh water during the day and take some treats and eat some chocolate in the evening or a portion of the cake that you like.
  10. It is dinner time; now have something light and have a cup of coffee sitting on your sofa watching TV or reading something you like or just sit with a blank mind and think about the good events of your life.
  11. Before going to bed, take a bath like the one in the morning and think about your day as you passed and what things could you do on the next day of beauty at home. You will see that you end the day completely renewed.
