The hacker may gain access to useful information of a person, such as email account passwords, bank passwords, etc. This much information can cause great trouble if it is leaked. This makes hacking is definitely illegal. Of course, free WiFi is a blessing but to hack someone’s WiFi could be troublesome at times. Hacking is a moral crime and should be avoided by all means. Applications that enables WiFi networks hacking should be banned and anyone using the application should be fined. WiFi hacking is a crime, but like all other crimes, this can also be easily prevented if proper rules are set up and most importantly if these rules are correctly followed.
